Your Town Community Cards - Terms & Conditions

The Your Town Community Card (“Card”) is issued by 31st Designs, LLC & 31st Designs Studio. Ownership of the Card remains with 31st Designs Studio at all times.

The Card may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, altered, or distributed in any form without prior written authorization from 31st Designs Studio. Any reproduced, altered, or otherwise unauthorized Card is void.

Wholesale purchase and resale of the Card are permitted solely through retailers authorized by 31st Designs Studio. Authorized retailers may sell the Card at the established suggested retail price unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or reproduction of the Card is strictly prohibited.

The Card is non-transferable and may not be resold outside of approved wholesale channels. Misuse of the Card, including but not limited to unauthorized reproduction, QR code manipulation, or misuse of associated digital assets, may result in immediate cancellation without notice.

31st Designs Studio reserves the right to suspend or revoke Card access, invalidate any Card, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time due to misuse, violation of these terms, or operational requirements.
